SR Design Interiors is an interior design studio and cabinet shop working out of the same building — the people who draw the room are the people who build it, so nothing gets lost in the handoff.
SR Design Interiors began as a cabinet shop, building for other designers' drawings. We kept noticing what those drawings missed once the tape measure came out — so we brought design in-house. Today the same studio plans the room, draws the cabinetry and builds it, start to finish.
Every project still runs through the shop floor before it reaches a home: samples cut, joints tested, finishes matched under the actual light of the room they're going into.
Nothing is fabricated until the drawing is approved — layout, materials and hardware, all on paper before the shop touches a board.
One shop, one team, from the first sketch to the last hinge — no subcontracted cabinetry to reconcile against the plan.
Every room is measured twice — before design and before fabrication — so the drawing matches the actual walls, not the plan set.
“Fifteen years in, we still send someone back to re-measure before we cut. It's cheaper than a cabinet that doesn't fit.”
